HiSeq 4000 高通量測序平臺

2015年初Illumina公司在摩根健康大會上重磅推出HiSeq 4000 測序平臺, 它彌補了HiSeq X ten只能用于人類基因組測序的不足,實現了“工廠級”測序通量的最長讀長! HiSeq 4000比HiSeq 2500性能更優,同時采用了HiSeq X ten的Patterned Flow cell,將測序通量提高到1.5T/run,能同時測序12個基因組或100個轉錄組或180個外顯子組;同時讀長更長,2×150bp的超長讀長,能獲得更佳的序列拼接效果;測序速度更快,達到3.5d/run的極速測序周期。
